Simply add these ingredients in layers of your choice

  • 1/3 cup cooked quinoa
  • 3/4 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup berries of your choice
  • 9 walnut halves, chopped
